The tool tips provide relevant information

Input your transcript in the transcript box.

Formatting should be as such:

Name: Dialog!

Name2: More dialog.

Input your Audacity file into the Audacity box.

The prefix will be added to the front of the character name.

The suffix will be added to the end of the character name.

The label unknown lines checkbox will mark unmatched lines with a "Unknown" in the output.

The number letters to shift will determine where the character name will be inserted.
