Computer: WASD or Arrow Keys to move, left click to shoot, R to reload.

Mobile: Tap to shoot in your fingers spot, Click arrows to move in that arrow's direction, tap and hold to reload. (Mobile is not very fun to play because of its kind of clunky, sorry.)
